Services
OC Marine Installation provides marine electronics installation, repair, and consulting services. All work is performed by licensed, insured, and ABYC-certified technicians. Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon at the time of booking.
Estimates and Payment
Estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at time of quote. Final pricing may vary if additional work or parts are required. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
OC Marine Installation is not liable for pre-existing vessel conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues unrelated to the scope of work performed. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor warranty terms are provided at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment installed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
