GPS, Chartplotters & Multi-Function Displays
The plotter is the center of the helm. We size the display to the dash, run power and data clean, and network it so radar, sonar, AIS, and engine data show on the same screen. One display or a full glass bridge — the install should look like it came with the boat.
Displays
- Chartplotters and MFDs
- Secondary helm and tower screens
- Instrument displays and data bars
- Dash cutouts and custom bezels
GPS
- GPS / GNSS antennas
- Heading sensors and compasses
- Position source for DSC and AIS
- Redundant GPS on larger yachts
Networking
- NMEA 2000 backbone builds
- NMEA 0183 where the boat still needs it
- Ethernet between MFDs
- Black-box sounders and radar processors
Radar Installation
Radar only works if the scanner sees the horizon and the cable run is honest. We mount domes and open arrays on arches, masts, and hardtops, set the overlay on the plotter, and check for shadowing from stacks, sails, and tender davits before the boat leaves the slip.
Scanners
- Radome units for smaller boats
- Open-array radar for yachts
- Solid-state / Doppler radar
- Replacement of failed scanners
Mounting
- Arch, mast, and hardtop mounts
- Pedestals and custom brackets
- Cable runs and drip loops
- Clearance from VHF and SATCOM
On the plotter
- Radar overlay on charts
- MARPA / target tracking
- Guard zones and heading input
- Dual-range setups
3D Sonar, Fishfinders & Transducers
Sonar is only as good as the transducer and the hole it lives in. We spec through-hull, transom, and in-hull transducers for the hull and the speed you run, then fair and seal the install so you get a clean picture — not turbulence and a leak.
Sounders
- Fishfinders and CHIRP sounders
- 3D sonar and structure imaging
- Black-box sonar modules
Transducers
- Through-hull and transom-mount
- In-hull / shoot-through where it fits
- Fairing blocks and isolation
Setup
- Depth, temp, and speed sources
- Networking to the MFD
- Interference and noise checks
Complete Navigation Systems
A nav system is not a stack of boxes. Radar, GPS, sonar, autopilot, AIS, and instruments have to share heading, position, and power without dropping off the network underway. We design the backbone, label the drops, and leave a helm the owner can actually use.
Packages
- New-boat electronics packages
- Refit and display upgrades
- Second-helm and tower repeats
- Sail and power system layouts
Autopilot & instruments
- Autopilot interfaces to the plotter
- Wind, depth, and speed instruments
- Heading sensors for radar and pilot
- Analog-to-NMEA conversions
Power & protection
- Dedicated nav-circuit breakers
- Ignition-sense and isolation
- Bonding and noise control
- Clean cable management
Throttle Controls
Electronic throttle and shift belongs in the same conversation as the helm electronics. We install and replace control heads, run the harnesses, and tie stations together so the tower, cockpit, and main helm agree — without a dead band or a surprise neutral.
Controls
- Electronic throttle and shift
- Single and twin control heads
- Multi-station helms
Work
- Control-head replacement
- Harness and gateway installs
- Sync and calibration
Notes
- Above-the-waterline work
- Engine-side interfaces by spec
- Licensed and insured
Raymarine, B&G, Garmin — and the rest of the helm
We install Raymarine, B&G, and Garmin as the core of most packages. We also install Furuno and Simrad when the boat, the existing network, or the owner calls for it. Brand mix is fine if the backbone is designed on purpose. Mixing leftovers without a plan is how plotters go dark offshore.
Raymarine
- Axiom and Element displays
- Quantum and Cyclone radar
- RealVision and CHIRP sonar
B&G
- Zeus and Vulcan plotters
- Sail-specific instruments
- Wind and pilot integration
Garmin
- GPSMAP multifunction displays
- Fantom radar
- Panoptix and CHIRP transducers
Also installed
- Furuno TZtouch systems
- Simrad NSS / GO series
- Mixed-brand NMEA networks
Ready to update the helm?
Tell us the boat, the marina, and whether you need a single plotter, radar, 3D sonar, or a full navigation system. We come to the slip, spec Raymarine, B&G, Garmin, or the network you already have, and quote the install cleanly.
